Kulttuuri on ollut yrityksemme kulmakivi alusta alkaen. Yli 20 vuotta sitten perustajamme halusivat luoda yhteisön, jossa ihmiset aidosti nauttivat töihin tulosta joka maanantai. Tänäkin päivänä tämä on filosofiamme ytimessä – haluamme, että työntekijämme tuntevat olonsa tervetulleeksi ja kotoisaksi työpaikallaan.
Kulttuuristamme
Mistä koostuu tervetulleeksi toivottava yrityskulttuuri? Emme voi puhua kaikkien organisaatioiden puolesta, mutta meidän kulttuurimme perustuu meihin futuricelaisiin, monimuotoiseen joukkoon ihmisiä, jotka ovat sitoutuneet samoihin arvoihin ja periaatteisiin ja jotka haluavat innokkaasti löytää merkitystä ja tarkoitusta jokapäiväisestä työstään.
Olemme oma-aloitteisia, ja yrityksemme rakenteet ja johto ovat olemassa vain tukeakseen ja mahdollistaakseen toimintaamme. Meillä on vapaus tehdä itsenäisiä päätöksiä ja hoitaa asiat tavalla, joka on järkevintä, käyttäen työkaluja, jotka sopivat parhaiten kuhunkin tehtävään.
